Cryptic Sea has been working on a physics based bridge builder thats giving me a serious case of nostalgia. It makes me fondly remember back to my days as a structural engineer, building bridges on a huge 386 based computer wedged into the corner of a 6th grade computer classroom. Okay, so I might have over stated my position a touch, but Cryptic Sea’s Pontifex III is looking like good old fashioned bridge building fun with some great new features and modern graphics. Better yet, you’ll be able to drive over your own bridge once you’ve completed its construction –I don’t see any way this could possibly go badly! The game is still in the process of getting polished up but is anticipated to enter beta next week.
